Supervisor Consultation

In the new millennium of Hyper change, persons in all levels of supervision and management are constantly being overwhelmed with the employee issue of balancing keen business practices and performance while at the same time appropriately tuning in to the "Human Factor" of employees. Supervisor Consultation is a service offered by the professionals at RMS, Inc. to address these sensitive "balancing" issues. The process of Supervisor Consultation involves four stages: 1) assessment of the work issue, 2) the development of a plan of action to address the issue, 3) initiation of the plan of action, and 4) evaluation of the process to measure success. Supervisor consultation is provided at at the convenience of the supervisor/manager either telephonically or with a face-to-face meeting.
