Ted Chapin, Ph.D. President
Ted is a licensed clinical psychologist who is the founder and co-director of Chapin & Russell Associates, a private counseling and consulting service in Peoria, Illinois. He is certified in career counseling and vocational assessment. Ted received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Business from Carroll College and his Master's and Ph.D. in Counseling and Personnel Services from Marquette University. He is a recognized speaker and trainer in the fields of management effectiveness training and organizational wellness. He utilizes a brief strategy approach to counseling and is trained in the use of psychological assessment in business and industry. Ted is a member of the American Association for counseling and Development, the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, Academy of Mediators, and the Association of American Vocational Experts.

Marylee Nunley, Vice President of Operations
Marylee Nunley has been an EAP specialist for since 1991 and has acted as Vice President of Operations and Director of Professional Training since 1992. She is a member of the Heart of Illinois HR Council, SHRM Chapter, Employers Association, Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce, and Peoria Area Labor Management (P.A.L.M.). She provides Employee Assistance Program (E.A.P.) Employee Orientations and Supervisor Training for client companies. Her training specialties include Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, Projecting a Professional Image, Office Management Skills, Holiday Stress, Quality Family Time, Telephone Techniques and Conflict in the Workplace. Marylee's personality, enthusiasm and sincere interest in people provide effective results to participants.

Brad Post, LCSW, Vice President of Clinical Services
Brad is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters of Social Work Degree from the University of Illinois. His academic concentration was in community mental health, occupational social work, and business administration enhances his ability to work with today's work population. His training experience includes Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, Drug Free Workplace, Conflict Resolution, Conquering Anxiety and Diversity in the Workplace. Brad is also a Certified Addictions Counselor and belongs to the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors, and the National Association of Social Work.

Dr. Glen Saving, Ph.D.
Glen is a licensed clinical psychologist who is a private counselor working primarily with children and adults affected by Attention Deficit Disorder (A.D.D.). Glen received his Bachelor's Degree in psychology from the University of Kansas and his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, Fresno, CA. He operates DYNAMIC KIDS a center that provides consultation and practical solutions for parents with children who have behavioral issues, school underachievement, social skills conflicts, anxiety problems, anger difficulties, learning disabilities, & attention/motivation differences (A.D.H.D.).

Barbara Peters, Counselor/Trainer
Barbara is a graduate of the Masters' Program of Counseling Psychology, Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ. She has taught at Arizona State University, Northwest College, Powell, Wyoming and Rio Salado Community College, Phoenix, Arizona. She is listed in Who's Who in the West, and Who's Who of Professional Helpers and Distinguished Service Providers. She has presented papers on Adult Children of Alcoholics, at two Arizona State Counselor's Association conventions, at the Illinois Counselor's Annual Convention on "Sex and Aging," "Financial Planning" to Peoria County and the Peoria Health Department, as well as "Sex and Aging" to the Institute for Learning in Retirement at Bradley University. She is also the author of a booklet entitled "Change, It's Possible, It's Probable, It's Profitable.

Ted has a Ph.D. in counseling and over 19 years of experience as a licensed clinical psychologist and marriage and family therapist. He is also a respected adjunct professor with over 50 professional presentations and publications to his credit. His partner and wife, Dr. Lori Russell-Chapin, also has a Ph.D. in counseling, and is a licensed clinical professional counselor and a nationally certified counselor. She has over 12 years of experience as a counselor, instructor, author, and lecturer.

Deborah Obert Kaptiko
Deb is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor with a master's Degree in Human Development Counseling from Bradley University where she graduated with distinction. Her clinical specialty is trauma ranging from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), incest, and childhood sexual abuse to natural disaster, physical abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault. Deb is a Certified therapist in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for treating trauma.
