Professional Perspective

"It is my philosophy to provide professional, counseling services that are grounded in a number of personal beliefs I would like to share with you before you choose a particular counselor. I believe successful counseling outcomes are most likely to occur when interventions address the needs of the "whole" person. These include but are not limited to emotional, psychological, physical, interpersonal and spiritual needs. Self-defeating beliefs or behaviors in any one of these areas can negatively influence and disrupt the overall balance of your life.

It is my belief that you possess the inherent power of personal choice and the ability to change. I work enthusiastically with my clients to help them discover the real differences between constructive and self-defeating choices. If you are like other motivated clients with whom I have been associated, you are also looking for effective tools and techniques to assist you in replacing your self-defeating behaviors with constructive solutions to your problems. Are you someone who is searching for the kind of guidance that leads to the creation of a solid plan that minimizes the risk of relapse and promotes lasting change? If so give me a call!"
